AIBU to think cars don't need to be parked on the pavement

im sick of having to take my pushchair onto the road as cars are parked so far on to the pavement I can't get past, I've found the worst offenders to be those doing the school run

CTR - I am guessing you don't have small children or that you live in London or somewhere that does not have a problem with this.

Handcream is a very good idea as well though - especially that Norwegian Formula - there's no way windscreen wipers would get THAT off in a hurry...
