This I know if I saw one of those Id likely crane my neck whilst wondering wtf is that thing?! Alright, slight exageration but I might be more likely to glance over. Whilst I wouldnt bat an eye lid at a regular bf mother. Theres tonned of different ways of bf discreetly without 'covering the baby' as the site claims. I did think at least it was multifunctional until I realised it probably wouldnt be all that hygenic to change a dirty nappy on it then use it to cover up..... I dont even know what really?

You weren't the first on this thread to do that, sweetpea!

Looking at the product my first thought was that surely if your baby popped off you would be showing a boob though the hole! And yes you would, not discrete, if you're using the layered top method then it's much less obvious or your top might even fall back over not framed by a ring of contrasting plastic. And then part of the nice thing about breast feeding your child is the lovely cuddle you both get, but with a layer of water proof fabric between the two of you that is gone. So you can wear any clothes whilst using this, no you can't you still need easy access to your norks. Also yuck to the also use as a changing mat.
Really, if you want help being discrete the double top, plus a muslin if you choose. But that doesn't cost so much does it?
