its really getting on my nerves when people give away on freecycle silly little things like a couple packs of crisps or as today a packet of sausages .... hows that helping the environment or eco friendly someone driving out of their way to collect them do these same people not know about carbon footprinting aggghhh so stupid

I have only ever given things away.

The biggest excitement on mine was when someone tried to get rid of a guinea pig and they were firmly told 'No Livestock'

I've only ever given things away, but I got very hacked off with it and stopped because so many people didn't turn up to collect when they said they would. Don't see a problem with people offering small, cheap things though.
