To ask what you would have loved someone to buy you after having a baby.

My best friend is ready tomgive birth any
minute and since she has everything for the baby I want to put a big survival box together for her with loads of treats and anything you can think you would have loved someone to get you after you had your baby.

I don't have the biggest budget btw.

The things I really liked were-
under eye concealer
hand cream [I like atrixo intensive protection cream]
oil of olay moisturising body wash. Great for when you only have a couple of minutes to jump in the shower.
A big bottle of vodka [only joking].

Another vote here for meals for mum and dad.

MEALS!

Ideally something with meat in - a homemade meat and potatoe pie, lasagne, moussaka, chicken casserole, toad in the hole, shepherds pie...and gravy.

Meals! I was in moms group that delivered meals 3-4 times per week for first few weeks. It was heaven. (I then cooked for other moms when they were having their babies..)
Also, nice hand cream. She will be washing her hands sooo many times each day for some time to come.
