They've woken up 17 MO DD2 who was sleeping like a baby, and are keeping awake DD1

Had 15 mins of it at half ten, it stopped so we put DD2 to bed, now they've started off again.

I live a bit further out from East London. I sort of hoped it was a festival that I didn't know about but it wasn't that. I don't know why it happened that night but it was most unusual and has never happened before or since.
