Poor you, have you tried lemsip extra strength capsules? I'm not normally one for taking a lot of medicines but i find these really work. And honey and lemon and whisky in hot water and vitamin c tablets.

Agree with lemonmuffin re lemsip extra strength capsules, they do the trick for me too. Especially when combined with plenty fluids and a hug (human or hairy) in front of Saturday night tv.
