AIBU to not understand the workings of Weight Watchers and the Pro Points and whatever else they do?

I have read and read and read about WW and SW. But i still do not understand it.

I need to loose weight, i have bought some WW meals for the next week and eating healthily in between my main meal which will be my WW meal on an evening. Each meal is 6 pro points Confused

Dont understand it, i cant afford the weekly meetings.
So can someone please tell me in simple form about WW and how to work it so that i do loose weight? Please please pretty please?!

I agree with the posters who are saying you are not eating enough - your metabolism is slowing down and your body going into "starvation mode" - holding onto what it can basically. Your diet sounds pretty rubbish to me - haphazard to. You need 3 proper meals a day with fruit and vegatables. Most fruit and veggies are zero points on WW.

Your pro points allowance will depend on what weight you are and your activity levels, I would recomend joining online (works out at only a tenner roughly a month), you can track all your points online and you get access to the tracker which has the points of loads of foods.

The whole point of WW is that you have your points allownace to spend how you like - higher fat and higher calories food will have higher points - so if you want a chocolate bar, use your available points - and why not!
