I am Shock to read that some people sleep in pants.

What?

It needs to breathe down there.

Like fine wine.

Give your fanjo some air.

There'll be a little celebratory membrane party.

Will ask her again then.

As for sleeping, I often have one leg in and one leg out. Probably looks like I'm humping the duvet.

MalkieFraser · 26/05/2011 00:01

Um, I wear pants to prevent 'stuff' running out.....

MalkieFraser · 26/05/2011 00:03

Well it still runs out of course, but is absorbed by my pants.

mrsdonkeybucket · 26/05/2011 00:03

Ah, the 'sticking the leg out move'. I do that, and then remember I have 3 killer cats and quickly have to hide it again.

I do really dislike the way pillows get hot. I like to read for a bit, and am always turning the bloomin' thing over 1

mrsdonkeybucket · 26/05/2011 00:03

sorry, 1 - !

Fontsnob · 26/05/2011 00:03

One leg in and one leg out regulates your temperature (at least that's our theory). I currently have to also do one boob in, one boob out...highly uncomfortable but means dd gets to help herself without waking me.

Joolyjoolyjoo · 26/05/2011 00:05

Blush I always wear pants and a vest at night.

Used to be a naked gal, but then getting up and down to children in the night felt strange in the nuddy. And breastfeeding/ leaky boobs led to vest, and now it just feels normal.

There is also the worry of waking up to find a burglar or mad axeman in my room- strangely enough, I think a lack of pants would make me feel further disadvantaged (although lack of axe would obviously be the bigger worry) I feel I could deal more confidently with an intruder if my giblets were safely contained, that's all.

mrsdonkeybucket · 26/05/2011 00:12

I've heard that, Fontsnob, that's why I try to do it !

I tend to 'wave' "my" side of the duvet if I get hot !

Fontsnob · 26/05/2011 00:19

Sometimes I freak myself out and have to tuck it back in, incase the monsters under the bed um, cat gets me.

mrsdonkeybucket · 26/05/2011 00:21

Yep ! I have 3 killer ones, feet a speciality. Little buggers, hurts if they catch you ! Like I want tiny needles in my toes. Smile

minipie · 26/05/2011 00:27

I wear pants (cotton, breathes fine) and nowt else.

Dunno why. Maybe it helps keep the mystery Grin

spiderslegs · 26/05/2011 00:31

Always been a nuddie in bed but only in the last 10 years have been able to stick a limb out - these days feel happy about sleeping without so much as a molecule between me & the night.

Although last night's dream about me & Cap'n Jack Sparrow had me sweating like a good'n.

DontCallMePeanut · 26/05/2011 01:24

kreecherlivesupstairs · 26/05/2011 09:18

I generally sleep nudeydudey but as I am currently in the house of man made fibre I bought a nighty from Asda yesterday. I can't sleep under the plastic duvet without sweating, the pillows leave my head wringing wet and luckily the mattress is absorbant foam rubber.
Can't wait to get back to my lovely cotton rich bedding tomorrow night.

ChaosTrulyReigns · 26/05/2011 11:19

Are you currently living in the 1970s??

Confused
