Only if the injunction is granted. If they fail then the reporters can report who was seeking the injunction and why. I think it's a step in the right direction - at least people seeking injunctions know that if they try and get an injunction and it is granted, it WILL be reported on, and will be reported on in the context of trying to get an injunction.
I guess it makes it more of a gamble and therefore more of a deterrent? But still favours the rich, of course.

these "celebrities" should not be able to get super injuctions and the like. it is completely unreasonable to make your living by being in the public eye and then demaning privacy only when it suits you. (with the exception of MPs etc who actually do provide a public service)

I don't understand why celebrities are even bothering with the hassle and expence of injunctions anyway. As we've seen they get broken within days, and the intense speculation only makes whatever tawdry act they've committed a thousand times worse. Surely CTG's wife is suffering a million times more than if he'd just 'fessed up in the first place, done the contrite idiot husband thing and gone to counselling like thousands of other couples do every year. Instead she's had to put up with everyone talking about it and sniggering at the whole rotten affair.
