takes our 2 dds camping tomorrow?

They are going for TWENTY FOUR hours and I cannot wait.

I love them all dearly but am longing for a night all by myself.

I cannot decide between 24 hours of reading books and lolloping about at home revelling in the bliss of being alone.

Or going out on the lash and getting my first lie in for 6 years.

I'm jealous! Envy

I think if it were me I'd enjoy having the house to myself, a nice bath, a film or a good book, a takeaway (delivered) or a selection of tasty treats; olives, cheese, bread, wine, chocolates. You can go out on the lash next weekend but you might not get an opportunity to enjoy the peace again anytime soon.

Enjoy!

I'm with you! DH is currently packing to take DS1 (2) away until Monday with FIL. I have an appointment I can't miss so am staying behind with DS2 (5mths). Will be visiting exhibitions, cinema, seeing friends and eating large amounts of chocolate :)

Enjoy!

When I have the house to myself I have a long bath, catch up on stuff I've recorded on Sky+ and eat lots of lovely food. Like Moshi I enjoy olives, cheese and good bread. I then have a early night and read my book until I fall asleep.

It is bliss, sheer bliss!! I'm quite easily pleased!!

I have a whole week - well, five days - coming up soon when DS is going on his class holiday with school. So far I've got some foreign travel booked and a couple of bottles of rose are chilling in the fridge...

Cogito what an amazing week to look forward to. Grin

My eldest is now getting teary and saying she'll miss me. She's only 5 but sheesh . . .

I am planning on sleeping all afternoon, then meeting a friend for drinks at 4 then dinner with other girlfriends in the evening.
