Err, Pakistan isn't technically a 3rd World Country, I believe. They supply Britain with a lot of IT staff and doctors. And I think they wouldn't lay any claim to Bin Laden being theirs, plus the Americans were the ones who took the bin out, so to speak. Once I got over the factual errors, it IS funny. MrSpoc's Disney weekend one is very good.

Our refuse collectors have actually been collecting rubbish over bank holidays (incl Christmas and Easter, so that there are no hygiene concerns over overflowing rubbish) so hats off to them too.

What makes it not work for me, is that "Bin" means (I think) "son of", so without the "Laden" it holds little meaning. It would be like referring to someone whose name is O'Reilly as just O' - makes no sense. Happy to be corrected by Arab linguists, or to own up to being a pedant, but it wasn't very funny anyway.
