In real life the best thing to inflame an argument is to argue back. If a kid does something wrong that isn't life threatening, we ignore it and hope they don't do it again to get a reaction.

AIBU to think, everyone on AIBU has a pretty strong inner toddler tendency?

what the hell is the point of an internet forum if people are expected to agree or play nicely all the time

who would read it?

what's the point?

I wish people here would grow up a bit

usualsuspect · 10/05/2011 20:45

activate ..I totally agree with you

I like a good row disagreement now and again

MigratingCoconuts · 10/05/2011 20:47

Usualsuspect you are wrong!, wrong!, wrong! in every possible way wrong!

(that ok for a disaggreement? or did I overdo it?)

usualsuspect · 10/05/2011 20:49

yes you bloody did!

TrillianAstra · 10/05/2011 20:50

Actually only one person on a thread can have the last word. That's either 100%, or 50% or less depending on how many people are on the thread.

MigratingCoconuts · 10/05/2011 20:53

oh, ok! actually, I now think i completely agree with usualsuspsects (i usually do, she's so clever)

NerfHerder · 10/05/2011 20:53

AIBU is the worst side of mn. I rue the day it was inserted.

MigratingCoconuts · 10/05/2011 20:54

...and i am realising there is a letter gremlin sticking in odd random extras into my posts...dam him!

bananasinpjamas · 10/05/2011 20:59

Activate, my view exactly. I'm just here to excite things a bit, when it all gets a bit too grey and sensible.
