To report a woman driving with an 8 month baby on her lap?

Couldn't belive what i was seeing. Woman picks child up from nursery, jumps in Landrover and drives away with child on her lap? What the hell is that all about. I know the woman only lives a street away but for Christ sake. Was that over the top?

Ah I see. Again, sorry and didn't mean to offend, just made me chuckle as I was chatting through the posts in my head!
