When members of my forum post their addresses for Christmas cards, and when Mum's send an email round robin of their addresses so other's can send their children birthday invites?

I'm on Street View too, with 3 of my boys on the afternoon school run. It was the most exciting moment ever, seeing the Google camera car!

YANBU, I look up everyone I know on Street View. I'm very nosey!

Why are there no cats on the streetview of my place? I live on a cul de sac of 7 houses. I have a cat, there are 5 next door, I think a total of 11 on the road, and a 'cat route' from the next road up but not one on street view - odd.

Privacy arguments aside, Streetview is a really useful tool.
When we were looking to buy a house (this one) we used SV a lot. DH rejected one because there was a topless man drinking a can of beer in one photo.

when i was looking in the census information for ancestors, i looked at some of the places they lived, on streetview. some places were redeveloped, but some houses are still there.
