To wish the gorgeous young thing next door would feck off?

I've always thought I was reasonably confident about my appearance. But I'm the wrong side of 30 with some wobbly bits.

The house next door has recently been sold and a woman has moved in with her kiddies. She's single, v friendly and nice, but she's stunning; I mean like a model. She must be 6ft tall, is really slim with big bazookas, and is really pretty with big blue eyes and long blonde hair.

With the recent good weather she's been lying out in the garden whilst her children play, sunbathing in a bikini, and honestly, there's not a wobble on her. I'm not stalking her, honestly. Her garden is in full view of our bedroom window so I notice these things.

Anyway, I've mentioned to DH that she's v pretty and he just says 'yeah, she's nice, but she's not in your league'. Yeah yeah.... Maybe he means it, maybe he's just being nice, but for the first time in my life I feel really jealous of this woman and a bit insecure that my lovely DH MUST have noticed her too!

He's never given me any reason to suspect he'd lust after other people - so why am I getting my knickers in such a twist? Oh, and AIBU?

One of my best friends is absolutely stunning - fabulous figure, perfect skin/teeth/cheekbones/you name it and she is a truly kind person and great friend. I'm so glad her beauty didn't put me off her.

Get to know your neighbour or you could miss out on a great friendship and you might find out what her weaknesses are

when I accidentally hear gossip (I don't actively seek it out, of course) about who's having an affair with who, it is never the gorgeous ones.
