...to think you should show sort of ID to vote?

I just voted and was shocked that I was not asked for any type of ID to vote. Wouldn't it be safer to ask voters to show some ID to prevent voting-fraud?

I can't believe how frighteningly easy it is to get somebody else's birth certificate. I had to get mine because I lost the original, no ID whatsoever was required. All you need to know is somebody's full name and DOB and bob's your uncle, you've got a copy of it.
