As long as I then wash said drying up towel at 90 in the washing machine?

I really don't see a problem with it as the washing machine is going to kill everything that's on my kitchen floor (I hoover and steam mop it quite regularly) however I feel my mother would have kittens if she knew.

ROFL, BALD I do that as well but didn't want to admit to that until I gauged how unreasonable ppl thought I was being about using a drying up towel on the floor to start with.

As for calling it a drying up towel, my hand towel and drying up towel ARE the same, however so ingrained is my upbringing (where my mother did and still does have separate towels for hands and dishes) I still call it the drying up towel.

Isn't it easier to use a mop?
