Have had a bunny stalking fox for few weeks, well finaly the poor bunny has been got

the fox undone the catch on the run and had her out. I was sat out aswell, went for wee and check on dd in bed before bringing her in. I managed to scare fox and it dropped the rabbit, who legged it behind shed, but she has gone under and I cant see or hear her. Im guessing shes either died or if not wont fare well over night.

Of all bloody weekends aswell. what do I say to 5 yr old dd ? any wise words?
