AIBU to eat one of the kids Easter Eggs?

In my defence, there is no chocolate in the house, they are with my XH this week so I can replace it and they won't know.

I NEEEEED chocolate.

So I have the right, as their mother, to eat The Egg and replace it, NON?

DH and I have given up chocolate since christmas but our eyes positively lit up when the old lady from down the road bought around 6 chocolate bunnies for our DS this afternoon. We were going to save one for him, but.......

UsualSuspect - thanks for reminding me that I hid dd's packet of mini eggs the other day.

I'm off to find them as the chocolate bunny I have been snapping bits off every time I wander into the kitchen was boring me quite frankly.

Go for it! I got three on a buy one get two free deal earlier this week - the DCs have helped me demolish 2 of them but forgotten about the last one that I am going to attack later.

I will replace on Saturday as any sooner will mean that they get eaten too.
