I mean do you think it would be excessive of me to ask WillKat to just get married quietly and have a day of celebrating Prof Cox with street parties and a day off to study the rings of Saturn?

I mean that, to me, would be a more appropriate reason for a national celebration that a posh splicing. Altho I do like William and Harry more than their dreary father. I think the Queen is ok too. But I like Brian Cox, even despite his moobs, more.

Really, ladies?

Longstocking2 · 15/04/2011 16:43

But in an apocalyptic situation Brian may be able to explain the end of the world to me and satisfy my grey matter but Ray Mears would be able to build you a shelter and forage you some scran to stop you from dying. Lets not forget the Mears! I don't think I could make the beast with the two backs with him UNLESS the world was ending when I would probably want to out of evolutionary panic which makes you copulate like a canine in season. Not a pretty thought.

You can't find Dan Snow attractive with all that pouring rain of POO all over that programme shurely?

YANBU
but I think we should spare his blushes and call it Science Day or Day to appreciate the wonders of the universe or some such and BC could host it somehow

YABU
Off with their heads, but no Brian either thanks. He has a hidden agenda, a dark one...

Longstocking2 · 15/04/2011 16:53

It was the Rings of Saturn that undid me. I literally adoring the astrophysics of that prog when watching it. The graphics are so gorgeous and his Geeky hysteria is contagious. It's so well written and he's somehow refreshingly not up himself as much as most presenters seem to be.
But a science day would be great. God knows we need it in this country more than we need more bowing and scraping to the freeloading Windsors! Grin

Brian Cox not up himself? He's so far up himself he cured his own hemorrhoids on the way up.

Longstocking2 · 15/04/2011 20:25

fair enough, each to his own Geek!

You know every time you say a mean thing about Brian, it's as bad as, if not worse, than kicking a puppy.

ExitPursuedByALamb · 16/04/2011 11:40

Does a star die marma?

DramaInPyjamas · 16/04/2011 11:49

nulliusxinxverbax · 16/04/2011 11:56
