I love sausages (fnar fnar) and was thinking of doing a sausage and apple traybake type thing when we have friends over, but I'm not sure if it looks a bit...cheap? As opposed to doign a roast or something.
FWIW they would be the 96% meat ones- Debbie & Harry or something? rather than asda smart price ones.
what do you think?

I would be utterly delighted to be served sausages on almost any occasion (had them for our wedding :)).
I did my first Ocado shop this week and had an outdoor reared/free range sausage from the service counter which was amazing - can definitely recommend.

Sausages are lovely. My friend got married a couple of years ago and served sausage and mash at the reception - gorgeous proper meaty sausages, 'posh' mash (i.e. still a bit lumpy with bits of peel in , lovely thick gravy. Everyone I told about it went
but it was brilliant!
