Can I just say you may well be the queen of boasting by stealth!

Do you only buy your son expensive toys or do you seriously expect everyone to believe that Henry's favourite toys all cost £100 plus or thereabouts?

I mean my ds's current favourites are my hairbrush, a wooden spoon and the cat. Sometimes he plays with them all at once.

His most expensive toy, a jumperoo, has been ignored since he began to crawl.

This thread has given me a heart attack! I'm just back from the park with my Henry and thought I'd been caught doing some Loud Parenting by a MNer. Blush

henry's mum has seen it! she's commented and certainly doesnt see it as humour?

erm? Where abouts?

BabyBumpX- I think that poster was someone pretending to be HenrysMummy.
As I said before the more you review the more chance you have of getting onto amazon vine and then you get free stuff to review.

TotemPole · 04/04/2011 12:59

That wasn't the henry's mum off Amazon, it was TheBlindAssasin.

The real Henry's mum must have seen this though, because the list has gone. It was removed within about an hour of the OP being posted.

babybumpx · 04/04/2011 13:02

oh right...apologies. Still I very much doubt that she will find it funny!? would you??? I really think not!!

d0gFace · 04/04/2011 13:10

I dont know, but I honestly dont think I'd be upset. The original post has a tongue in cheek feel to it imo not a nasty bitchy feel. If you cant laugh at yourself who can you laugh at :)

Im still thinking that dinosaur looked really cool.

I honestly didn't think the real Henry's mum would see this thread and I am sorry for offending you. However it was meant as a joke and if you don't want people commenting on things you buy for your child, don't put it up for all to see on the internet.
