to put ds in bath straight after dinner?

Running late. DS having dinner right now and taking bloody ages. I absoloutley promised him a bath tonight so he could use his new bath bomb. The only way to fit it all in is if he has a bath straight after dinner.

What's the worse that could happen?

That's not skanky worra, that's good time management Wink

Don't want trivial chores like eating to cut valuable drinking time.

Well that's true...had to get in before happy hour ended Wink

Ours have bath straight after if that's what works. Sometimes no bath. Sometimes dinner on the beach and straight to bed with a quick brush down. Make space for seizing the day and mixing it up sometimes.

I do find I wake up with a sore tummy if I eat a load of pizza at bed time, but that's it really.

Blimey - you'd better let us know what other gems your HV told you.... I'm worried for you!

Bath follows dinner without pause, if we did it any other way we'd have to start dinner about the time we finish lunch!

Well this is it Chipping, discarding this rule actually makes my life a lot easier!

CrystalStair - wow, dinner on the beach! I forget not everyone lives in the city of sirens like me! I don't give ds a bath every night in colder months either.

worraliberty - love it. Bless, gone are those days when going out meant EVERYTHING.
