To think I am the only parent to have lost it in public??

Took my DS to one of his clubs today and completely lost it with him and ended up in tears. It was in so public as well!! People I know there were very supportive but I am so ashamed. Don't want to go back next week. Tell me I'm not the only crap mother

Once lost a kid in the swimming pool. Turned out he was on the bottom, under his brother's foot.

I shouted so loud and so long that the staff came and found me in the changing room to ask if I was OK. EEEEK!

YANBU, I'm just glad that other people do it too. Lost it with 2 year old DS last night, he wouldn't stay in his bed, ended up shouting and chucking him back in. I sat on the landing with my head in my hands as he hysterically cried for his big sis. We both ended up cuddling him to sleep.
I think that the main thing is that we are aware of what has happened.
