Bloody annoyed with my neighbour

They have a stupid little yappy dog that barks the whole time it's out in the garden.
She normally leaves it out for about 15 mins then gets it in, but today it's out there yapping and her car is gone so I assume she's gone out and left it in the garden!

Seriously driving me mad now :(

I think the dog sounds lonely, they should get another one to keep it company!!!

I couldn't cope with it, I'd have to speak to the neighbour. I'm sure if you approach it in the right way she will be ok about. Fingers crossed
