They just wheeled her out on Daybreak to comment on the woman who took her employer to tribunal for making her redundant while on maternity leave.

She was bleating on about how she only took 2 or 3 weeks maternity leave for each of her 3 children, and that we should be more like the USA and have 6 weeks unpaid leave instead of what we have now.

I can't bear the woman, and think she is a self important twunt, who should never have pro-created in the first place.

Actually Margaret Thatcher was the only Prime Minister in history to work for pin money. She said herself that she'd never have been able to get into politics if Denis hadn't been a millionaire.

As for Ms Hopkins I'm not sure where I read it but she apparently relies quite heavily on her parents for free childcare.

She's an idiot. When I see her on Question Time she makes my blood boil. I hate the way she makes out that everyone has a 'poor me' attitude. It simply isn't true.

Margaret Thatcher met Denis after his divorce. The divorce occurred when his wife met someone else. You can throw a lot at Maggie but not being the OW.

I feel so terribly sorry for her poor children, although possibly they may be much happier being away from someone who seemingly cares more for her career than her babies.

If she has another poor mite perhaps she'll pop it out (with minimal fuss of course) without even leaving her desk, and get her secretary to arrange a courier to take it to the nearest creche where she can pick it up when she finishes work at 7 - just in time for bath and bed (oh sorry - quality time).

I pity her but unfortunately she comes across as a revolting person.

I think she speaks a lot of harsh truths. I loved her comment on QT to the effect that women don't want equality, not least because they couldn't handle it.

I think there are a lot of envious and spiteful women on here that are intimidated by someone that so clearly has managed to achieve status and wealth in life whilst also raising a family.

No benefits, no excessive sense of entitlement, just hard work and brains.
