DD is 22m

We were at a sort of 'led play' gymnastics type session at a local soft play place (instructor encourages little ones, 3 and under in doing rolypolys etc using the equipment undersupervision).

It was getting near the end of the session and lots of the little ones were on huge bouncy castle they have, its massive, and lots of parents were on with them (some of the little one are only just 1 etc). Usually the parents tend to kneel and gently bounce on there so as not to send children into orbit, my (rather hesitant) DD was on and off the edge near to me (I was on the floor). One mum, a regular, got on with her daughter and started full-on bouncing holding her daughter's hands, literally jumping 2 foot in the air, little ones were sent tumbling but it was generally fun as they were on the bouncy castle, no harm done although it looked rather rough.

That was until my DD lost her footing, the mum then (I don't think deliberately) bounced near her and launched DD into the air and off the end of the bouncy castle (fortunatley onto a mat), she was literally sent a good foot or so into the air and landed on her hands and face, biting her lip and bleeding. She screamed for ages and is now boasting a wonderful fat lip and hefty bruise. The woman kept bouncing and laughing saying 'oopsie all fall down!' I failed to see what was so funny but was too concerned with mopping up DD's blood to be too involved with what she was doing. Most of the other little ones had been taken off the bouncy castle by this point by their parents

Ok, I know the woman wasn't being malicious, but AIBU in thinking that if you are going to use a bouncy castle full of babies and toddlers you should exercise a little bit of caution?

She sounds unbelievably oblivious of other people's kids. Maybe she was just very, very thick.
