Hello all.

Does anyone on here wear 22/24ct yellow gold? Do you know of any good jewellers with websites that show pictures of the rings they sell?

i keep looking online but they all seem to be either very doubtful dodgy lloking sites or they do not show pictures of thier products at all?

Thanks

Hatton Gardens London full of good and reasonably priced jewellers.

I wouldn't to be honest, it's quite soft at this ct so will damage easily. 9ct is mixed with different alloys which makes it harder.

You need to go to an Indian area to get proper 22/24ct gold.

Whereabouts are you? I'm trying to think if any of them have websites.

Heres an example
www.rameshjewellers.com/

hope that helps. Gold is really expensive at the moment something like £28 per gram.

It's very soft in quality and not hard wearing. Not really for everyday wear unless in something substantial like a thick wedding band.

It is not that soft if its 22ct. Indian people wear it all the time. My wedding and engagement ring are both 22ct and they are not soft.

I've got a 24ct ring and don't wear it as it's so soft.

I've also got some 22ct Indian gold but it's very bright yellow - beautiful with the right clothes but a very stand out colour.

I used to work in a jewellers, they said they didn't stock items above 18ct because of how soft it is.
