I asked dd (3) how she would describe where she's from. She said "Legoland" - always gets it confused with England. So do I put that in? It doesn't seem to recognise that for young kids the parent will be filling it in!

I also asked - "do you speak English well or very well?" DD said "Very well" - Well, for her age she does but she's not about to give a presentation to a board of directors right now!

I wasn't sure how to answer the question about languages spoken on behalf on my 8 week old. Could I write "crying"?

When it asked what address they had lived at 12 months previously I was tempted to put:

The womb
My mother's tummy

I had a similar thought process on behalf of my 5 month old. Does he speak english? Well I'm not entirely sure the Oxford Dictionary has "a-goo" in it...

Me too.... 'luckily' DD is 18mo so I don't need to worry about her address 12 months ago Grin. I did however wonder if baby babble was a valid language.
