DS has just turned 6 months and literally in the last week has discovered how to crawl. He can get around and out the room in no time now but today decided around and out wasn't enough...he want's to go up things.
Anything that is low enough for him to reach is now an aid for him to stand up. I honestly didn't know it was possible for babies to pull themselves to standing so early...and now I suppose I'm going to be spending all my time sitting behind him for when he lets go and falls on his bum/face.
However I am now absolutely sick of being told that "He will get bandy legs doing that so early" from certain older family members.
AIBU to think that this is probably the most irritating old wives tale statement I've heard since I became pregnant.
