DH & I work in the same place and he was leaving before me yesterday.

I said "Would you mind picking up some milk and bits for tea on your way home?" (Working environment is quite informal)

A colleague said "And get yourself some balls while you're there."

Now, I'm not really that bothered - it's just banter, but why is a man 'whipped' when asked to do the odd task?

This is one of many comments along the lines of my DH being 'whipped'.

I think 'i'd have to come over all manly' just about sums it up.

When people are secure in themselves they don't need to posture and constantly metaphorically adjust their enormous bollocks. Your colleague is clearly not hugely secure with women.

Grrr that massively irritates me - I don't think i'd have been able to stop myself from having a go at twat colleague. But then again, I am a bit bossy and dare to ask my hubby to do stuff in public just to ridicule him and make myself feel better.

I'd imagine not being able to sit up all night on the xbox would constitute being 'whipped'. And having to put their pants in the washing bin.

A grown up life does involve having to do some things for others to live co-operatively. When they actually get a partner and run their own home, they might realise this.
