AIBU to think that starting a thread out of sheer boredom is a ridiculous thing to do?

I'd never do that, but I do think that some of the thread round here are started just because the poster was bored and attention seeking.

I think that typing YOIU is silly. Unless you are left handed. Then it is acceptable.

I am now more interested in cats and crisps than boring threads.
