To be jealous of women who always look immaculate!

Some women just look great all the time! My friend is gorgeous; lovely hair, nice figure, always well dressed, and generally looks very groomed even though she says she doesn't actually spend that much time/money on herself. Her house is always tidy and clean and even her kids look like they've stepped straight out of the Next directory.

I'm very jealous of women like this! Just what IS the secret? I need to know, my friend says there isn't one...

I work from home and have to say checking fb/mn is an issue!

Im lucky, dh does the school run most mornings, so when he leaves with ds and dd @ 7.45am I run around doing housework, grab a shower and smarten myself up. I find a manic 1-2hrs covers everything as I do like the house/dh/dc/self to be semi-presentable!

That said with dc3 due in september the spots, throwing up and general yuckyness are not helping my quest!

I'm not jealous really, these women seem like a different species to me. Then again I'm lazy, plus I am ugly and fat, so no amount of polishing will result in a satisfactory result . I have never bought into the whole grooming thing, whats the effing point.

It seems like such hard work to keep up, I'd rather just not give a shiny shite.
