Help Mums,

Just accidently given my 21 month DD 5ml of calprofen. Read the label (afterwards) and dose is 2.5ml for age 1-3.

Should I panic (more) or stop panicking?

Arrrrgh

Phew Grin

It's awful when you do stuff like this, and such a relief afterwards...

Totally normal though.

I know. Never again AgentZigZag.

The 2 hr wait for NHS24 was torture, but some calming rational posts here really helped.

Ah the drama of Mummyhood eh......

V glad all ok!

But remember, you can ring your GP / 999 in an emergency. The NHS would prefer you rang NHS Direct as it takes the pressure off other services. But that might not be right for you!

Thanks again Rhinestone. You were very helpful. I'm going to get myself an address book of emergency numbers after this fright. I wouldn't know where to start with GP out of hours and had to google the NHS24 number Blush

Just so you know, if you ever need you out of hours service, just ring your own Dr's number and they have a recorded message with the OOH number on
