I bought DS2 a nintendo DS lite before Christmas it was to be his main present. Mainly because he plays on my DSi and DS1's DSlite.

Anyway I found a bargain £45 including gaurenteed next day delivery.
It never arrived, I asked for days for the tracking number and eventually got it, I called RM on the 2nd January to be told the number was not only invalid but also non existant. I contacted the seller and told her this, she insisted RM were wrong.
I spoke to them again and apparently the first 2 letters of the tracking were from a previous month in 2010 not December. I once again contacted the seller who then apparently spoke to RM, who told her if it didn't arrive by last Friday it was officially classed as a missing parcel.

Well it never arrived. I informed her of this on Friday and apparently she refunded into my bank on Saturday.

Well the money is not there, I have contacted her via FB and everytime I send a chat message she logs off.

I am peed off because it was DS2's main present and I need the money to buy him another DSlite.

She wasnt from the wirral by anychance?! A friend of mine was scammed about 18 months ago by someone who was selling something on a parenting site- they made friends on fb ,she sent the money and never got the goods - she named and shamed her on the site and it turned out some one from another site had also been scammed by this same girl :(

Some transfers are instant, not all and some can take three days.

Ask her for a screen shot of the transfer from her bank.

TheLadyEvenstar · 13/01/2011 22:27

Fabby
I asked for screen shot of POP and transfer she said she sent but i checked all my email addys and there has been nothing.

I on the other hand have upset her after she called me a liar and I proved her to be the liar

I think you have to accept she is not going to refund and decide what to do from here.

nickelbabysnatcher · 14/01/2011 11:43

I think yo ucan ask the bank to recall the money - don't quote me on this, but once I sent a payment to an accoutn by mistake (i got hte account number wrong) and they pulled it back.

Can you try to do that? say it wasn't supposed to go through?

Maylee · 14/01/2011 12:14

Yes, I think you should try that.

And then post all over the Bounty Forums about what she has done to you. Shame her.

TheLadyEvenstar · 14/01/2011 13:41

Maylee,Have already done that.

I am going to phone bank when I get home again and see if they can help.

TheLadyEvenstar · 17/01/2011 20:49

WAHEYYYYYYYYYY I FINALLY GOT MY REFUND WOOHOOO OH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH

She went to the bank today and paid in over the counter.

TheMonster · 18/01/2011 19:25

I'm glad it's sorted.
Is she saying it got lost in the post? If so, she can claim it back.

TheLadyEvenstar · 18/01/2011 19:36

BOE, yes she says it got lost between post office and sorting office.

OP posts:
TheMonster · 18/01/2011 19:52

Well she'll have to claim it back from Royal Mail then.

That doesn't explain her false tracking numbers, or her lying about paying the money back to you. Don't buy from her again.

TheLadyEvenstar · 18/01/2011 20:12

Oh i won't be thats for sure!!!
