Grin

She must be paying people.

Every discussion I read, she makes a point and then the next poster pops along and agrees with her. Shock

Is she immensely wise or is this some secret code that I'm not party to?

The Confucius of Mumsnet? Confused

I think Burnafterreading has a point about this sort of thread tbh. Why start this sort of nonsense? If you agree with somebody then say so on that particular thread but threads full of fawning are just tiresome.

ha! and 1st prize for jumping to the defence of Trillion goes to QueenGigantaur.

Awww how sweet

Never Ever mention the arse-licking again, don't want to get caught up in a playground battle.

not jealous and bitter, honsestly has never seen a post by trillion, will honestly look out for it though - if she's as good as you all say she is then I'm sure I'll learn something.

Like I said, i'm new - but i didn't think this was all about bumming each other up, i thought it was just good old honest mumschat with some good advice thrown in.

Sorry if I misunderstood

bellavita · 10/01/2011 18:54

You sound bitter and jealous though, so I would just pop off now if I were you.

QueenGigantaurofMnet · 10/01/2011 18:59

jump to her defence?

why would she need defending? someone posts saying she finds herself in frequent agreement, why should she then come under attack because of that?

i would refrain from spending too long on MN BAR, you ound as though you need to get out a bit more

Northernlurker · 10/01/2011 18:59

I can't believe this - a poster disagrees with the premis of the thread and some of you feel entitled to tell her to clear off? What on earth is wrong with you. I have no idea who BAR is - she may have hairy knuckles and eat goats for breakfast for all I know - but she has a right to make a point and the escorting her to the edge of the thread and booting her in to touch is a bit much!

AnyFucker · 10/01/2011 19:01

BAR...it is normally chit-chat with the odd bunfight thrown in

but just occasionally here is a nice hread about someone, and there is nothing wrong with that

tbh, the scraps outnumber the arse licking threads

didn't you see the massive fight last night ?

oh for goodness sake bellavita, no need for that!

Jealous of what exactly and bitter about what?

In hindsight, I should've kept my opinion to myself on this thread, trillion i didn't mean any offence honestly.

It's nothing personal but this thread (if, like me, you don't know trillion) does seem arselicking - sorry for pointing this out.

It was only ever going to go tits up though thread, eh?
Though we had a brief tea and nailpolish interlude.

I am in a shiney cult and actually I disagree with Trills prob more often than I agree with her, no matter.

The Op is not in said cult and was just making an observation.

Just to make that clear Smile

TrillianAstra · 10/01/2011 19:03

Not sure if this was even meant to be a nice thread - it didn't say "I agree with Trillian", it said "Why does everyone agree with Trillian?" (which they don't anyway) - could have had the implication that they were all idiots for agreeing with me because I talk shite.

AnyFucker · 10/01/2011 19:03

jajas...the thread looks crap now because most of the OP's posts were deleted, but it was the one about not wanting her student son to get a job

it started ok then turned eeeeevil when a few people dared to question her < ahem > which was hilarious

well, I dunno Jaja's

that fantasy world called real life by any chance ?

Northernlurker · 10/01/2011 19:09

Shine - I was referring to:

'i would refrain from spending too long on MN BAR, you ound as though you need to get out a bit more'

'You sound bitter and jealous though, so I would just pop off now if I were you.'

And the comments about being 'mentalist' and bitter and a misery. Not exactly welcoming!
