Disagree that girls are hardest, my dd has been a delight and is 11 now. Ds broke me, bit easier now he is 6

I have 4 girls and it is no.3 who continues to break me, strangely also a 6 year old!!

Deafworm · 07/01/2011 19:41

my dd1 (of 3) is 6 in march and the last 2 days is driving me to distraction! sorry yours is too but glad to hear its not just me and it may just be one of those age related things, only twice more to go then!

needafootmassage ^Two boys then a girl here - DD was my most difficult - sometimes a nightmare, but now she's all grown, she's the one who called me daily all concerned and reassuring at the same time when I had flu; the one who tells me she loves me most, and listens properly and actively when I have something I need a sensible person to talk through with me.

Stick with them, honestly, they're worth it in the end!^

thanks for that, have 2 boys then a girl, have been struggling with her, no.3 definately the one that broke me.

I found that the moment we became outnumbered, it broke me. Now have 4 dds and dp would happily have 4 more. He loves the chaos and the noise. One day at a time is what I tell myself and defininately no more children.

when she's older you will have a great relationship Grin (4th girl)

TaperJeanGirl · 07/01/2011 22:28

I have 3, and 1 on the way...dd1, almost 6, has broke me, with her its constant battles over clothes, shoes, food, bedtime, school, you name it, she has issues with it, dd2 who is almost 4 is a breeze, normal naughtiness at times but laid back and easy going, ds is 18 months and a handful, my days are spent trying to keep him from killing himself Grin, I am praying number 4 takes after dd2.....
