I have a profile but only my name details and photos. Never got round t filling in all the fave books, etc. bit.

I have only ever looked at pagwatch and whomovedmychocolate, and that was because people said they had nice houses. And they do.

Pagwatch- My mother is exactly the same, and I hate it- but as I've gotten older I find myself doing it and it makes me cringe!

I am glad there aren't many profiles. It would have completely spoiled the Christmas MN meet-up for me. Half my night was spent going "you're a woman! noooooo! I thought you were a bloke." and "You are [insert random poster's name]. Noooooo!" and "I thought you would be taller".

I'm, unsurprisingly, a massive SOH fan and have seen them many, many times. Can I talk to them? No. I shake and get all starstruck whilst thrusting CDs at them to sign. Miranda did tell me that my dd's name is her favourite girls name in the world though. I blushed.

I am a hypocrite as I love looking at other people's profiles and seeing what they look like but would never have one of my own these days.

I don't know why I care about anonymity as I never say anything terribly interesting or controversial and I doubt anyone is bothered who I am but I feel better this way. I also namechange regularly
