My dd 4, and ds 2, got silly amount of goodies for crimbo. I took it all out of packets, and had enough bars/bags to fill up a large freezer bag (we are talking choc coins, chomps etc!)

Now, on day 2 of January, me and DP have nearly eaten all of it Blush

I feel sooo guilty.

tall - I've just read this out to my 8 year olds and said it has to be true because it is on Mumsnet. You wouldn't believe how indignant they are. It's very funny :) They've even accused you of lying...

Confession - the 'musical van' that stopped outside our house every day was just that - a musical van. Three years I managed that one Blush

Ha! I told mine they didn't like ice cream. Lasted til they were about 6 when my sodding sister took them out and they discovered that they loved the stuff.

My mum's diabetic so I never had this problem growing up...my kids will unfortunately suffer from mysteriously disappearing christmas chocolate though.

Ok, thanks all, feel a tad less guilty now!
