To put off re-starting the diet till next week.
I am still on holiday till Tuesday, the diet classes won't restart until the following Monday.
And I am in the mood to bake, probably a simple chocolate cake in a mug which takes five minutes in the microwave. I may follow this up with an apple traybake lol.
So, to be sensible and diet and exercise from today, or to be self indulgent. TBH I am still in bed, so the self indulgence looks like winning so far.
