Ok have had some issues with my family recently some may remember the mystry I pod docking station thread.

Anyway didnt want to go to my mums on xmas day (usualy go for an hr) but hadnt said i wasnt going even though i hadnt been invited.

Well i am infact feeling very unwell, can hardly talk infact, temp etc so i text my mum this morn saying merry christmas sorry cant call as cannot talk, have presents if she wants to pick them up on way to my grandads (she goes to see him on xmas day) my love to everyone.

I have not had a response nothing, no call from my sisters either i have 4. I know i am better off without them but i am very hurt and just want to cry.

Hi guys, well as i felt better yesterday morn we went to ILs as planned, felt crap when i got there and spent most of the day asleep in their spare room.

Got home last night and there was a message on my home phone from my mum, saying she thought she would give me a call as she had "heard" i wasnt well and hadnt heard from me. I called her and no ansa so sent another text and sent it twice to make sure she gets it just saying yes am poorly and did send her text christmas morn etc etc.

Havent heard anything back at all, now my thinking is she has called me when either she has gone out or SD has gone out, he is very controlling and wouldnt surprise me if he has told her not to phone me or there will be trouble.

I know she hadnt just "heard" i was ill, my sister was on FB on christmas day so she would have known then even if she didnt recieve my text.

Well i am feeling alot better this morn took a sleeping pill last night so slept realy well, going to build a bear today as it is my best friends little girls bday and me and DD1 are going with them. will see if mum tries to call me again

Honestly, Ray, if my Dad had ever told my Mum not to call me, he'd have gotten short shrift from her! If she's too weak and ineffectual to stand up for you, it's her loss!

Btw, I was ill for Christmas too, so I do sympathise, It's crap, isn't it?
