Another vote here for the course. I have the chutney making bug, and am a recent convert to jelly. After the recent success of the apple and rosemary, am hungry for more! Whereas bubble bath is bubble bath.... Actually DH would really enjoy the course too. He loved rigging up the chairs for the complicated arrangement for overnight straining and is an ace cook.

absolutely - i've no interest in jam making but even still it sounds better than a '3for2' smellies set.

I made fruit leather by accident by cooking my jam for hours when making chutney and jam on the same day and not paying attention as to what was in which pan.
