Well the fellow in question is not the type to lie and it was about his own wife. I cannot think of anyone less likely to indulge in such things but...

To be honest, my brother works in television and I hear lots of rumours. I never even tell my friends of them because it's so easy to tarnish an innocent person's reputation. To post second hand information like that about a person you don't know on a website for all to read is not very nice.

I'd guess that Delia's actually putting her bird onto roast for Saturday now, as her oven is clearly so much slower and colder than anyone elses could ever be, judging by her recipe instructions. Not that I'm bitter.

Nigella will be slapping goose fat on the Camera in her house for a new show whilst practising making orgasm noises and pouting whilst eating and trying to think up as many risque double entandres she can.

Jamie will be getting pissed off with Jools constant 'face like a slapped arse' expression and will have gone into hiding on one of his many Kitchens to think of silly things to call thier next child.

Delia will be being overly smug somewhere about no 'selling out' with mechandise, she will be slowley braising a whole Ox in a very old fashioned way.

Just saw Delia in Lidl fighting with an elf over the last packet of Tunnocks caramel wafers. It wasn't a pretty sight, and frankly, I think she could have conducted herself with a little more dignity becoming to a woman in her role as the nation's chief home economist. For shame, Delia!

My guess would be that Gordon, Jamie & Heston are all working crazy hours and leaving the the Christmas prep to their wives, who are leaving it to their 'help'.
Nigella has probably completely covered herself with chocolate spread. Not sure why but that is what my immediate reaction was. Delia is being exactly as she is on the telly.
