Not great, but not bad either. Am having physio, which is doing good things, but I'm not sure if it's the right kind of physio. Actually, that's good news, isn't it, as properly directed physio might but enough to get me almost normal.

I still haven't said goodbye to the idea of surgery to neaten thing up, either. But things are (ahem) working very well now, so I am keen not to run any risk of going backwards.
