Baroqin - we clearly had mothers who were the absolute opposite of eachother! And my mum beats your mum, Yuleno - mine once bought me a pair of tartan trousers - and when we needed a pair of trousers for a senior school drama class, those were the only ones she'd let me take!! There were other fashion faux pas she inflicted on me, but that was, I think, the most traumatic!

Litchick · 08/12/2010 11:16

Mine is a play on chicklit...because I'm a writer but of the blood and guts variety.

Sorry.

sparkle101 · 08/12/2010 12:15

Excuse me? Am most unfeminine girl I know I just like the word sparkle. Apologies.

ReindeerBollocks · 08/12/2010 12:39

I'm normally some variation of tink ( based very closely on my real name) which is quite girly - but my current name is festive based - I think (hmm)

ReindeerBollocks · 08/12/2010 12:40

Are you published lit chick? I love blood and guts stories

Litchick · 08/12/2010 13:27

Yes, am a crime writer.

JingleBelleDameSansMerci · 08/12/2010 14:38

prettywhiteguitar · 08/12/2010 14:46

my mum decorated my bedroom for years in bright pink and now I cannot bear it, bring on brown for all I care. However my name is a bit girly whirly to counterbalence non girlyness which may put other women off

munkeychops · 08/12/2010 16:19

Good god, I just joined this forum yesterday. I wasn't aware I would be rated so mercilessly by my username!

I reckon munkeychops rates a 7.5/10 in girliness, so hopefully I will be quasi- accepted.

Haha, disney fleeces ....
