To wish Angelina Jolie woud just go away

Everywhere I look, there she is. Magazines, new movie, tv interviews, articles in paper about the film she's making, endless picturs in mags of her with her child army. I guess it's not her fault, but just enough already.

It doesn't help that I cannot bear her, but that aside, I do wish the media would find someone else to be fascinated by for a bit.

I don't mind Angelina.

Wish Cheryl Cole would disappear though - utterly dull woman

It's not Angelina's acting I mind (I was a big fan of her work in Hackers back in the day), and I guess her humanitarian
work is ok .

It's her smugness... and that renaming a 3-year old thing... and how she behaved towards Jen... and the going on about sex with Billy Bob.. and the number of "I'm sexy with a gun" films she's done... that I don't like.

But yeah, Jen didn't have a chance against her, poor love.

Cheryl Cole just passes me by completely with her blandness. She's so boring I don't really notice her.

I would also like to point out that I'm not normally this obsessed with Angelina Jolie, but I've been stuck on the sofa since 9.30am with a sick baby who will sleep only on my lap and I might be going a little nuts.

Why does every one hate Angelina because Brad Pitt left his wife for her? She didn't cheat, he did?

Why does no one hate Brad Pitt and go on about his marriage breakup every time he has a movie to promote? He seems to be treated like an innocent party in all this. It's like everyone has agreed that he is so handsome that he can't possibly be in the wrong, therefore its the fault of the woman he left his wife for.

I like Angelina, think she's gorgeous and is living her life the best she can in the goldfish bowl.

I feel sorry for Jennifer Aniston as she is now condemned to a life of comparison to Jolie, who is better looking, a more successful actress and has children (a 'shortcoming' of JA's that the media won't let her forget)

And what's the big deal with "smug"? There's quite a few threads on MN complaining about people being smug.

What's so wrong with being happy with the life you have?

I like Angelina too and I so would if i was male.

she looks dirty. I aspire to that look.

JA looks needy and irritating... tis no wonder Brad did what he did.

I don't know her, therefore I could not possibly comment.

Can't stand Angelina Jolie, Keira Knightley or Cheryl Cole. All hugely pretentious, bland and with limited talent imo.

ZQ I agree with you - MN is obsessed with women who dare to be ... OMG ..... "smug" - I still don't know WTF they are on about most of the time!

Keira can't close her mouth properly (just to give you something else to find hugely annoying about her)

Keira DOES pout all the time - what's all that about?

Did anyone read her interview in yesterdays You magazine? It annoyed me when she said that her children weren't a job or whatever and only a joy.

It made me wonder if her kids would still be such a joy all the time and never a chore if she were a struggling mum on benefits?

It's like she had no reality at all.
