i was having a look around a toy shop for something for ds and wandered into the dolls section (i still have a soft spot for barbies collectible ones but still)
and i came across a baby born (or some such) set it had a boy baby doll and a girl baby doll dressed up as a bride and groom, i found it very weird tbh ,is it just me?

I was happy for my dds to use their imagination. I didn't see the need for them to have babies dressed as a wedding couple. Because that is creepy.

Why though pointydog?

It would just look creepy to me. Just my opinion, not something I'd buy. I don't care if anyone else buys them.

is how the breast feeding doll works. I think it's quite a good idea.

Don't have a problem with the bride/groom doll, but then I've not got any daughters, just a house of boys.

Kaloki, my barbie used to get raped by Ken as well, although she used to get pregnant and give her baby away. Warped imagination,no idea why or where I got it from.

I don't think any of the dolls linked to are creepy .

In all honesty, I find all baby dolls creepy. So I do find them creepy, but no more than your usual baby dolls.

baby obstetritian is going to give me nightmares. imagine lying on a stretcher waiting for your c section and a huge baby walking in with a syringe (and who's the baby in the corner with the dressing gown on?)

Potty baby has kidney disease to produce all that bright yellow pee.apocolypse the child is wearing a maternity dress form the 70s-of course!

The wedding baby dolls look like two really, really old people having one of those touching ceremonies you sometimes hear about in an old folks home, where 99.5 year old Wilfred marries 99 year old Dorothy....
