I usually don't have time and them am suddenly starving at 3ish so eat endless toast. But today I am having and M&S Noodle salad with sweet chili chicken. Haven't had it before, but it's quite nice.

Beans on toast with grated cheddar cheese. Was yum. Surely someelse had beans on toast? And also these lunches are all looking really healthy! Whose having chocolate and crisps?!

hand battered local freerange chicken, warm sweet chilli sauce, basmati rice and prawn crackers.

It cost me £3.80

I work somewhere with its own restaurant. I love it here.

Bluebell - try - one side toasted then beans on the untoasted side topped with cheese, topped with tomatoes, topped with onions and then all put under the grill - yummy!

Baby lucky you - some M&S/Pret sandwiches cost more than that!

Abs Didn't they do that last Christmas as well? I can defintiely taste it in my memory - or maybe M&S do a version... Brie and cranberry is beaut.

And yes I was thinking healthy lunches generally too. Thank the lord for Chickens and I salute you Candlestick Grin

begonyabampot - i see you're eating the chocolate and crisps! Your beans idea sounds interesting but doesn't the bread go soggy? I have just had a couple of squares of Montezumas chocolate, which was really good!

I was going to have re-heated spicy rice and beans from last night but all this talk of cheese on toast has got me thinking.

M&S Cheese layered salad - it was cheap £3 for 2 and I was in a rush. Got one for tomorrow too when I will also be in a rush. Friday I will relax and have something hot - prob soup

SlightlyJaded If it's the brie and cranberry with the pistachios, then it's the same one.
They did another one in October which was some kind of cheese (can't remember - think it was brie) with roasted red onion. When it finished, I was so distraught I emailed head office asking to bring it back. They sent a very nice "there there loser, we'll tell our food dept and they might bring it back" email to me, the next day.

bluebell - the toast isn't soggy as you've already toasted one side and you only put a thin layer of beans wth not much sauce - this is a fine art ya know! Yes, guilty to eating the choco and crisps - don't know what's the matter - having a real junk craving at the mo.
