Sometimes Poundshop is not the answer?

I know this is tedious in the grand scheme of things but Im due this month and dessert is currently very important to me!

Just asked DP to pop to Tescos on way home and pick up some afters. I dont care what, maybe some kind of yoghurt/microwavable pudding.

Hes going to Poundshop because he buys absolutely everything in there and its 'on the way' (its at least 2 bus stops out of the way). Admittedly sometimes its good... but what am I possibly going to get by way of afters?!

AIBU because I dont want to have broken biscuits or perhaps a packet of Haribo for afters tonight?

Poundshop is shite he's right you probably wouldn't find a toblerone in one - 99p shops you sometimes get some decent stuff in. Our local one sells cans of Irn Bru - woohoo - it's SOOOOO hard to get hold of down here.
