for achieving my mumsnet challenge of the day, to begin a thread with more than 50 posts. What shall my next mumsnet challenge be?

OP posts:
loonies · 10/11/2010 11:47

And to catch a trol, though I'm not quite sure what troll-hunting is Confused

OP posts:
loonies · 10/11/2010 11:48

To use the phrases

'Oh no she didn't'
'Viva the revolution'

What Loopy said:

Am I.... myself?

Not oneself.

nickelbangBANGbang · 10/11/2010 11:49

not a star-struck fan, more of a servant to the master of the house.

MNHQ are much more important than celebs - they're the reason for our very existance.

they are like Gods.

loonies · 10/11/2010 11:51

Thanks for the advice Nick

LucaSecondFloor · 10/11/2010 11:58

Dull

loonies · 10/11/2010 12:03

Excuse me Luca I would appreciate it if you would keep your opinions to yourself. This thread may not be to your liking but there is not need to spoil it for those who are enjoying it. Now I'm going to sort out lunch but I expect your attitude to have changed by the time I get back.

This is exactly why we need a tongue-ticking-out/raspberry blowing smiling!

OP posts:
loonies · 10/11/2010 12:25

oops I meant smiley

OP posts:
loonies · 10/11/2010 12:39

The new smiley campaign has begun in earnest on the site-stuff thread. Anyone who wants to add their support please go over.

Some more challenges

To randomly turn up on a thread where there is a bit of a bunfight going on and try and 'break it up' in a primary school teacher-ish way.

To get rather enthusiastic about reminscing about ones childhood in an irrevelant way on a thread.

OP posts:
loonies · 10/11/2010 13:44

To use the phrase

'Oh my edna!'

OP posts:
loonies · 10/11/2010 13:47

Just a quick update on what I've achieved so far

Having a thread started by me reaching 50 posts
Starting a campaign for a tongue-sticking out/raspberry blowing smiley (whether this campaign is successful or not remains to be seen)
Using the phrase 'Viva the revolution'

OP posts:
loonies · 10/11/2010 15:28

Have also achieved

The fruit shoot challenge although I thought it was a bit silly

Posting on a cliquey looking thread which I didn't quite understand

Oh and I used the phrase Oh my edna and I am shocked to my very core!

OP posts:
loonies · 10/11/2010 15:36

Thats all for now folks. Remember to post any more suggestions for challenges here. And support the smiley tongue-sticking-out/raspberry campaign

OP posts:
sensiblesusannigella · 11/11/2010 11:08

Will the flouncer challenge did not go well as all the flouncers seem to have already gone. Will have to try and find one who is about to go and swoop in then. The tongue-sticking out smiley campaign is picking up speed though. OOo and I've learnt to name-change.

sensiblesusannigella · 11/11/2010 11:09

apologies meant to type Well not Will

sensiblesusannigella · 14/11/2010 12:15

BUMP- Heres the challenges thread as an explanation for those who missed it

Showaddywaddy · 14/11/2010 12:17

Look, start a really terrible thread with horrid, nasty ideas in it. You'll get lots of responses very quickly indeed. You'll like that.

Then you'll be banned by MNHQ and we can all move on.

You can start a 'SOH is a twat' thread if you like. Call me as many names as you like. Try and offend lots of other groups of people at the same time. Racism, homophobia and generally poor spelling will help.

sensiblesusannigella · 14/11/2010 14:24

Bump due to popular demand. And no Sheilia I'm not doing anything terrible or horrid

BoysAreLikeDogs · 14/11/2010 14:26

no not terrible or horrid merely tiresome and boring

HTH

melikalikimaka · 14/11/2010 14:31
